Suggest Treatment For Irritable Bowel Syndrome Without Any Medicines

For many years I have had uuper stomach pain all the time I have had been to the hospital and they can not see anything there and said it is IBS . i do that mebeverine but is there something i could to to stop the without pumping myself with meds. I have a fat belly and can not excerise because of this
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is characterized by repeated episodes of bloating and stomach pain which is relieved by passing stools. Etiology is unknown probably psychosomatic components is there.
Alcohol and smoking may aggravate the problem. Dairy products, gluten contain food and caffeinated drinks may aggravate the problem. FODMAP food in IBS can be advised.
Do regular exercise, yoga and meditation. eat in right time avoid mostly spicy food. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor do that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
