hey doc! I am experiencing frequent bowl movements(6-7 times today), and i am down on energy as well. i have taken enteroquinol, after how much time gap,i should take them again. i feel its necessary to mention that i am scared of getting myself dehydrated as well. please help

Do not worry .
I would suggest you to 1. Avoid oily,spicy food. 2. I would start tablet Mebeverine 135 mg and tablet Pantoprazole . Your doctor can guide on the exact dosage. 3. Toilet training - Avoid sitting in the toilet for more than 5-7 minutes at a time. 4. Drink loads of fluid - this will help you to keep yourself hydrated.
I would also suggest you to visit a physician. He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.
