Suggest Treatment For Irritable Bowel Syndrome

I keep pooping five times a day at work and at home and I always have the urge to go and everytime I poop it comes out as small size and snake size but as soon as I wipe my butt it feels like I have to go again and I have never had this problem before and I want to know what can I do to stop going that many times at work and at home.

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
IN the given situation, You seems to suffer from-Anorectal proctitis with IBS diarrhoea.
Other causes need to be investigated,before planning treatment for thin,narrow stools in your case.
Consults with Surgeon/ and stool-ova/cyst would fix the cause.
Remedy-
Bland diet,
Yoghurt x 2 times a day
Cap Sporlac x 2 times a day
Tab Normaxin with mebeverine- to control acidity with colonic pains.
Tab Ciplox-Oz-to treat bacterial / protozoal Colitis.
Multivitamins with Micronutrients like zinc,magnesium ect would give fast remission for longer periods.
