Suggest Treatment For Irritable Hands And Feet During The Night
I suffer from extremely irritable hands and feet at night, so much so that I find it difficult to sleep, despite feeling exhausted, some times I wake because of it. My GP has told me to try drinking some tonic water but I m thinking that I could need iron
Extremely irritable hands and feet at night awakening you can be due to the following reasons: Diabetes should be ruled out. Anxiety and stress can also cause such symptoms. Peripheral blood circulation problems. Hence I would advise you the following: Consult your PCP and discuss these points and have preliminary investigations and get a reference to a a Specialist as per the primary findings so that an appropriate further investigations can be done so that a specific treatment can be given. Avoid stress and anxiety. No tobacco in any form. Avoid cold atmosphere.
