Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per your case history of irritation on a face, my treatment advice is:
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30. 2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like Fusiderm cream on it. 3. Take a vitamin C supplement for 3 months. 4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotic and oral steroid taken only after consulting a Dermatologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harshit Bhachech
