General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your report is suggesting that there are nodules in the thyroid gland which needs further workup. I would suggest you to once visit hospital and get an appointment for a endocrinologist. he will examine you and may order further investigations including T3, T4 & TSH levels along with thyroid isotope scan for further assessment. Further management will depend upon the test results.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us.

Wishing you good health.
