Right thyroid lobe measures 7.4 x 1.8 x 1.9 cm. Isoechoic oval lesion with hypoechoic rim measures 23 x 11 x 17 mm. Adjacent inferior lesion measures 15 x 5 x 9 mm the Superior nodule measures 4 x 5 mm demonstrating peripheral calcification and shadowing. Left thyroid lobe measures 4.8 x 0.9 x 1.3 cm. Homogeneous echotexture identified without evidence of focal abnormality. Thyroid isthmus measures 2 mm. What doe this mean?
