Hello dear,
I can understand your concern, it's mostly urticaria,
you should take antihistamines like desloratidine 5mg in the morning daily .do this for at least 2 weeks.than as needed .and I think it should go away

There are so many reason s behind this, e.g. food, drugs, and infection in the body, house dust mite, worms, Hepatitis virus, autoimmune, exercise induced (cholinergic)

IF symptoms persist than need to work up like thyroid profile routine blood urine stool examination .

Thank you
