Suggest Treatment For Itchiness All Over The Body

I just moved to Denver, from FL, back in December and have been getting super itchy everyday. I know the air is dry here and thought that may be the cause. But no lotions I ve tried have worked and am still itchy even though it s now warm here. My skin gets really splotchy red daily, and hot at times, but there aren t any raised bumps on the skin just little circle red dots everywhere, especially noticeable on arms, legs, and feet. I have very fair skin, so you can see the redness even more and looks like I have a sunburn. The itchiness is driving me crazy and can wake me up from a deep sleep. I never smoke marijuana before until I moved out to CO, so I m wondering if that is having an effect on this? I was addicted to Roxicodone (opiates) for many many years too but quit on my own when I moved here. I m wondering if that has an effect on the itchiness/redness as well?
