I m suffering with terrible itch in my head and this fall it went down my back and other places. My head is full of little pricks and strangely enough, the itchy places do not look like much but itch terribly. My dermatologist is now checking for bullous pamphigoid. I haven t had the results back from a biopsy. It seems to be very hard to diagnose. Do you have any ideas? Thank you.
I can understand your concern for itchiness in head.
I suggest you to wash your scalp daily with ketoconazole shampoo. It is to be done twice in a single bath. It means when you are washing your scalp apply first time shampoo for washing the hair part only, then rinse it off immediately with water.
Reapply the shampoo again immediately, leave it for around 5 minutes, do a good gentle massage by your fingers for around 2 minutes and then wash it off. By doing so for around 7 days you will get good benefit.
