What may be the causes of internal itching on the bottom of the penis? I have felt this since I started having unprotected sex with a young lady I ve been involved with, but also I heard overly consuming alcohol could also cause this and I turned 21 around the time we started having unprotected sex and I ve been consuming quite a bit of alcohol.

It might be due to superficial fungal infection.
As a first line of management you can apply topical anti-fungal ointment like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
