General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Ask a doctor service. I have read your query & my opinion is that you should visit ER & get physically examined for these symptoms are indicative of STI, get all tests for STD, CBC, Urinalysis (UTI, Yeast infection, Chlamydia, gonorrhoea, richomoniasis, warts, herpes, etc) done to get treated at the earliest. Your treatment will depend upon your diagnosis.

In the meantime apply water based vaginal moisturizer or cotrimazole vaginal cream to suppress itching. Take Trimethoprim-sulphamethaxazole to get relieve from infection. Avoid douching or chemical soap, avoid condoms(latex allergy), get your sexual partner also tested. Avoid sex for a couple of days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
