Hi
Welcom to the HCM

The symptoms of your child are suggestive of allergic tendency to some allergens most likely aeroallergen. So, the most important part is to avoid identity and avoid allergens if possible. Also, visit an ophthalmologist for complete eye examination to rule out any ongoing infection, inflammation or high ocular pressures. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, it will be better to treat her/him by most definitive treatment.

Hopefully this will help you.

Take care
