Suggest Treatment For Itching And Tightening In Hand Due To Stitches
I had Coppertone on surgery on my right hand and it is itching in the stitches are tightening in my whole hand is like dry I m on antibiotics.is June filth I hadsurgery something to on them to stop them from itching and tightening upI have an appointment Monday but I don t know if he going to take the stitches out

Hello, this is a common complaint with the sutures, i would adv you to apply an emollient cream like parasoft/moisturex soft cream in the area around the sutures and take tab Levocetrizine 5 mg at bedtime for 5-7days. This will help to alleviate the dryness , tightening sensation and itching.
