Hi, I'm an 18 year old female. I've just started my period and it smells very fishy.. I've also seemed to have gotten a bladder infection. It hurts to pee and the pain hasn't stopped yet. I've taken the depo-provera shot twice and havent been on the my regular period since the first one-over a year and a half ago. After my first depo shot my period was supposed to stop but it never did. I had my period everyday for a year. I'm not sure this has any relevance but every once in a while I get extremely itchy during my period- this usually lasts for a few days after my period is over. I am so sick of going to doctors who keep giving wanting to give me more birth control and bladder infection pills. I'm afraid to start birth control again because of the bad continuous bleeding experience and my bladder infections keep coming back! Can you help me?
