Suggest Treatment For Itching Followed By Insect Bite

hello my son visit Tobago on wed and he got bit while he was sleep on the couch. He call me at 3am and he was getting bit. Later that morning i ask him to send a pic. It was big bites in rows on his legs, arms and neck. Im having a fit. Its itching i told him to ask for benadryl. He still taking it. Now the bites have small white bumps on each bite by the pic he sent me. What does that sound like Mosquito or bed bug bites? He doesn come bk home until mon. So not sure what it would be.

He is suffering from papular urticaria or insect bite hypersensitivity.You can apply topical mild steroid cream like mometasone over the affected area. An emollient can also be used as dry skin predisposes to it Use mosquito nets as much as possible.Antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used for symptomatic relief after consulting your dermatologist.
