Suggest Treatment For Itching In Between Thighs And Anal Area

I was suffering from itching between thighs as well around anus and which also has sticky discharge. I visited a dermatologist who considered it as “Intigro” and advised me not to wear jeans and prefer cotton clothes; he considered it as a chronic disease which might sustain throughout life. He asked me to have Levocet and apply candiderma cream on the affected part. Abzorb powder from Ranbaxy was also recommended. My problem went away but it is recurring .Is there any better medicine which gives me permanent or long term relief. I love wearing Jeans which I would not like to leave completely.
