Suggest Treatment For Itching In Genital Area
I am 32 yr old male. from last 10- 15 days have itching in underneath the thighs and scrotum. Today itching also started on prepuce and skin getting off like burn. Some discharge is also their underneath the thighs after itching. I am using antibacterial cream continuously but not getting relief. Today is itching is very high on tip of penis. Pls. suggest what to do

hello. your history is suggestive of intertrigo and balanoposthitis. it's caused by sweating, heat, friction and fungal infection. am prescribing you a course of antifungal treatment.
tab fluconazole 150 mg stat
tab cetrizine 5 mg twice daily
candid- b cream twice daily
take the treatment for 7 days and then follow up. also wash the area twice with plain water.
