Suggest Treatment For Itching Inside Penis

I have a itching inside my penis in the tube not under the skin or anything but inside my penis it doesnt burn when I pee it just itches like sensation of scratching myself in the tip of my head to about half way down. Im very very nervous and scared I dont know whats wrong and cant find any answer and no money for hospitals or doctors so please someone let me know please Im afraid and need help

it might be due to infection.kindly do urine analysis test and consult your doctor.take antibiotics like t.norflox twice a day and take benadryl syrup.
