Suggest Treatment For Itching On Penis

Hi, I have been having itching just under the head of my penis for about a week now. This happens when my penis gets erect or during my sleep. I have been masturbating in my briefs daily without washing my penis for more than a month now. Could it be due to this? What should i do?

Hi,

It can be due to fungal infection and lack of personal hygiene. you can take antifungals with that wash your genitals with warm water.
