I have anal fissures, my bottom is split from the base of my back to my bottom, it itches all the time and it bleeds. To top it of, when i go to the toilet there is always some left behind which i spend a long time trying to clean but never entirely succeed in doing. Sometimes i feel bulbouse between my front and back passage as if poo is just sittin there but have no muscel to push it out. Sometimes i have to resort to using my fingers on the bulbouse to push it out manually but i know i am not constipated. What can i do.
