Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is Tinea cruris..ringworm infection in groin areas. You may apply Antifungal cream like Terbinafin, Clotrimazole or Fonaconazole cream. Take Antifungal like Itroconazole once a day for two weeks or till cure. Itching may be relieved by Antihistaminics like Desloratidine. Keep the area dry. Dettol liquid bath may be taken. Avoid soap contact. Improve hygiene and immunity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
