Hello,
You are not sexually active. Presently, you are experiencing itchy, burning sensation in the vagina. It is uncomfortable to pee as you also have small blister looking pimples. Take care of your hygiene. Such blisters are commonly caused by friction rub by the clothes you wear.
Prefer to wear soft cotton clothes. Infected scratch, ingrown hairs, allergy to shaving cream,
contact dermatitis, vulvovaginitis, UTI, etc. Cysts and ingrown hairs can be reduced if the vaginal area is washed with lukewarm water and you should avoid any kind of irritants. Get clinically examined and get
urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. If report shows positive result, you will be treated with specific antibiotics orally. Take adequate water to flush out toxicity.
You can apply a thin layer of ointment
hydrocortisone on the area affected. You can take pain relievers like
acetaminophen or
Combiflam, one SOS when needed. To be on the safer side, you should get STD tests done, if positive you will be treated with antivirals / antibiotics. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
