Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps All Over Body

I have itchy bumps all over. I travel alot & think it is bed bugs but it is not going away. It seems to be contagious. It has traveled from the back of my neck to back of my head, my back, my behind, my ankle & now my arms. Cortesone & Technu does not help. Neither does Neosporin.

Hello and welcome to HCM
before making a definite diagnosis i would like you to answer a few questions.
for how long are these bumps present?
whether the itching is more during the day or is it more at night?
is there anyone else affected in your close circle?
from your history it seems that you either have scabies or papular urticaria. kindly visit your nearest dermatologist for review. Thanks
