Hi, im remaining anon I have red (kinda itchy) small bumps everywhere around my clit... It has bunched up kinda and is really red with some kinda thick soreness under the skin on it. It has me worried.. no insurance nor special care doctor to check it out.. sore everywhere and dry..
It may be either candidal vulvovaginitis or allergic contact dermatitis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Take antihistaminics like cetirizine and antifungal like ketoconazole. Apply Antifungal cream like clotrimazole. If no response or poor response, take oral steroids in tapering dose. Apply mild steroid in combination with antibiotic cream. Avoid soap bath. Take Sitz bath in dettol mixed water. Keep the area dry.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
