Suggest Treatment For Itchy External Hemorrhoids

I know I have a hermeroid because I can see it. But I also have what looks like a mosquito bite right above my anus. It s very itchy in that spot. I made my husband examine me and he saw the external hermeroid and less than an inch from my anus (opposite way from my vagina) he noticed what looked like a bug bite. Wasn t worried but the itching hasn t stopped. Bought cream and still not helping. What is this bug bite . I know I have a hermeroid but what s the other thing?? And what can I do to get rid of both. Thank you

Hi,
It may be a imflammation which is causing this itch.
You need to avoid spicy and oily food.
Start eating high fibre diet .
consider Sitcom ointment local application thrice a day .
Sitz bath atleast twice a day that is take warm water in a tub where you can sit into that add betadine and sit inside for 20 to 30 mins .
Dont strain while defecating it will hurt you more, for that syp lactihep 15 ml in the night .
if its really troublesome then consider to viait a surgeon and take opinion for further management.
Hope this information helps you.
thank you
