Suggest Treatment For Itchy Eyes And Redness Around The Iris

I have had itchy eyes and redness around the iris of my eyes, my eyes feel sore and sensitive to light, I have bought chloramphenicol eye drops and used them for two weeks but my eyes are the same. Do I need antibiotics from the doctor? And what could this be?
