Suggest Treatment For Itchy Pimples Spreading All Over The Body

I have sporatic itchy, pimple or bug bite looking raised red spots. for the last few days, seems to be spreading. I had a few a few weeks ago and they went away on their own but I noticed that what I thought was an infected hair follicle on my vagina is still there. I have one on my face, hand, legs, arms, stomach.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having papular urticaria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Wear full sleeve clothes to avoid further such episodes.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on spots twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
