Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes All Over The Body

My friend, shes 25 years old and shes got these rashes on her body...not her whole body, some parts. and she had tried alot of creams to help but they just went away for a while and they come back on when its really hot. she will start scratching and they will come back on. can anyone help please?

Please let me know whether the rash comes mainly in colder months, gets aggravated by emotional outbursts, consuming spices and caffeinated drinks and at times when she undertakes vigorous work. If it occurs mainly on the upper trunk, then this could be due to Cholinergic urticaria for which Hydroxyzine, an antiallergic is the drug of choice.
