Suggest Treatment For Itchy Scalp

I have itchy Scalp on my head caused by dandruff. I'm currently using Neutrogena T/Sal Shampoo Scalp Build-Up Control. It helps a little bit; but still it itches when I wake up. Wondered if there was something else that I should use to help stop the itching and the scalp. I also have very dry facial skin. I use Hydro cortizone for that;but doesn't work affectively. Wondered if the dry scalp has to do with severe dry skin.
