i have an itchy scrotum. i keep on scratching it, it gets worse. i cannot ejaculate anymore. i have problems urinating. my testicles are shruken. i am impotent . i am 33 years old . i don t know what happened or what to do . i lost potency because of these problems. i am a virgin.
