Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy small white bumps on the lower arm. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like contact dermatitis, lipoma, folliculitis, skin infection or allergic reaction. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin over the affected areas twice a day. You should take plenty of fluids. You should apply cold compresses , take benadryl twice a day and do not touch or pick . If condition persist then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics like clindamycin , anti inflammatory or may recommend liposuction in case of lipoma.
