I have ant bites on my ankles from doing the weeding outside I scratch them last night and now my feet are swelled and they still itch do I soak or can I soak my feet in hot water with salt or cold water with salt or should I use baking soda and vinegar

You can soak your feet in cold water with some salt in it and keep them elevated by keeping a pillow beneath them. You should also take a short course of prednisolone for 3-5 days along with antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine. This will surely help in reducing the swelling.
