Suggest Treatment For Itchy Underarm Bumps

I have 10 raised itchy bumps on my backside upper left under arm. They have been there for two weeks and they don t seem to be getting any better. I have both Clobetasol Propionate and Desonide Ointment. Please advise if these creams may be benefical.

Withhold usage of steroid preparations
Apply dermocalm lotion locally twice daily on the lesions
Use dermadew soap for bathing
Take tab Levosiz 5 mg at bedtime for 3 days
Review after 3 days
