Suggest Treatment For Jaw Pain, Throbbing Head And Chest Tightness

3 times this week I have expirienced discomfort for a very short period. In the evening, I have had sudden pain in my gums, slight throbbing in my head, and my chest got very tight. Felt a little like heartburn except the pain in my gums was unusual. It only lasted for a couple minutes, I pop some tylenol and within 2 minutes the pain goes away. I thought maybe anxiety, but nothing stressfull was happeng during or before either three events.
