Suggest Treatment For Jock Itch While On Soframycin
Mam, Is jock itching in women an unusual one..? Its been a week tat am suffering frm redness and soreness in my groin region.. i hav been using soframycin which in fact made the infection intense.. its irritating and painful and became worse tat the skin of tat region has turned dark and weak tat even wiping with cloth causes cuts from which eliminates droplets of blood.. its the 1st tym i am experiencing such thing and am totally afraid.. (plz note tat i hav been on a trip which made me wear thigh non cotton pants al the day and night).. plz suggest me with a fast remedy Plzzzzzzzz..
Hi. As per your case history of jock itch, my treatment advice is - 1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily. 2. Wear loose clothes and keep your belongings separate as it is a contagious disease. 3. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it. 4. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching. 5. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
