Suggest Treatment For Jock Itch

Both back sides of both ankles, itch. Tried jock itch cream but doesn t seem to have any relief. If I put a lot of lotion on through out the day it seems to help, the condition does not burn, just itches. what could this issue be, and what can be done to fix this issue. Thank you

hi.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.my opinion is that,
1.apply clotrimazole ointment twice daily on the area.
2.take levocetrizine tablets twice daily for 7 days to control itching.
3.dont scratch the lesions.
4.maintain good hygiene.
