Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain And Muscular Pain
i am 39 and have suffered with joint and muscular pain for over a year now. i have pain in knees, hips calves, heals, my spine, neck and right shoulder. which i scratch all the time. The back of my knees swell up and i struggle to walk and stand for long periods. im so exhausted all the time and in pain all the time. i have osteoporosis but they dont no why . please can you advise thank you leanne smith.

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your joint and muscular pain can be due to low vitamin D and calcium in blood. Vit d level and calcium of blood should be checked.If it is low calcium and vitamin D3 supplements should be taken. You should also get a regular exercise and have a balanced diet rich in calcium. You should also get some sunlight exposure every day for normal production of vitamin d3. Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further queries.
