Suggest Treatment For Joints Pain With Increase Level Of Uric Acid

My blood uric acid level is 432. i have pain on my joints, toe, neck etc.
Now i am taking Indomethacin 3 daily. Doctor given me zyloric tablet.
He told me once the pain finish then take zyloric tablet. But if I didn't take Indomethacin the pain will sever. please adivice.
