General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query for your sister in details .

* The keloid management depends upon the clinical severity with
symptomatic score evaluation .

* Though surgery is solution , but there are high chances of recurrence
after excision , so it should be considered as last resort .

* Pressure garments and silicon implants should be discussed with the
treating doctor after gunmetal injection .

Wishing her fine recovery .
Feel free to ask any further doubts .

Regards .
