General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

You can opt for intralesional steroid injection in which topical steroid like triamcinolone is injected to the lesion to shrink it down. However recurrence is the main problem associated with keloid. Consult a plastic surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
