Suggest Treatment For Knee Fracture

In June I had a bulge taken off L3 and due to damaged nerve to knee, I had months of physical therapy and have been walking unaided for a couple of months. About 6 days ago I fell on concrete hitting both my knees. X-ray taken of my bad knee showed nothing broken or cracked and said it was badly sprained. Today the knee started hurting more and it now has a large red splotch on top. It feels very hot, but isn't very sore to touch.

Sir your symptoms look like infection of your knee joint. You will need a blood profile to be done so as to rule out infection. You will also need a X ray to see the condition of the knee.
Watch for raise in temperature and generalized weakness.
