Hello,

There are a set of exercises which helps the knee pain to come down.
Static Quadriceps
Static hamstring
Straight leg raise
Ankle toe movements
Hip Muscle strengthening
Core stability
Reverse walking

This exercises will help you regain muscle strength and also improve the knee joint space and reduce inflammation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
