Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

Hi My Name is Debashis.I am an Engineer by profession.I usually work in night shifts(9:30pm-6:30am).In 2001 i had Slip Disc.Slip disc is partially cured .From 2001 till date i am suffering from Knee pain.If i walk for some few meters (about 500 mts) continuously my leg starts paining.I am unable to cycle,Run,climb stairs and play outdoor games.But i have to run,climb stairs as sometimes there no alternative.But My the knee pains severely and

I really appreciate your concern you have not mentioned your age and gender here it was important here, without this difficult to advise, in my opinion looking to given history here it better to stop bending the knee joint beyond the 90 degree avoid standing longer than enough time, rule out the underlying pathologies and for that you need to go for MRI study, knee join is fragile highly vulnerable to injuries and disease, take care and have a nice day.
