Hello,

Knee pain sees knee pain most often due to thigh muscle weakness.

Ultimately Physiotherapy treatment especially quadriceps muscle strengthening exercises and some electro modalities will improve your pain and control of knee joint.

So you need to go for every day walking jogging cycling swimming will improve your overall well-being.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
