Suggest Treatment For Knot On Back Of Neck

I m a 24 yo female that I ve had a it s almost like a crick but that has lasted for almost a month now. There is a knot that started off in the middle of the back of my neck but now has moved to the right side of my neck. I have numbness and tingling in my right arm that goes into my shoulder blade and down into my fingers. Neck hurts to turn. Blurred vision is also occurring with this as well. Headache thst is worse in the am when I first wake up. Any suggestions to help out or what it might be causing it? Thanks

u seem to have some sort of nerve compression in the neck causing the symptms.
get an xray or mri done to find out the cause.rest analgesics,physio shud help.
