Suggest Treatment For L5-s1 Circumferential Disc Bulge
I just received an Mri that says L5-S1 circumferential disc bulge with a broad based posterior disc protrusion eccentric to the left. There is flattening of the ventral the album sac, there is no central canal stenosis, disc material is in close proximity to the descending S1 nerve roots. There is mild degenerative hyper trophy.

go swimming, keep a good strength of your lumbar muscles. when you got inflamed, take nsaids or steroids for a whole as your family doctor will suggest. lumbar orthesis will aid in the acute phase
