I have read your query carefully and understood that you are these symptoms since last 3-4 years characterized by alexithymia, memory diturbance, poor concentration and somatic symptoms in the form of heavyness in right side of head.
I would like to let you know that symptoms you described suggest dysthymia. However, detailed assessment is needed to rule out chronic depression or vitamin deficiencies (especially B12 deficiency).
I would advice you to visit a psychiatrist near you for proper evaluation and treatment.
Hope I answered your query, let me know if you need any further information. Regards DR. ASHUTOSH SINGH
