my wife aged 45 years old lost her sex desire and she is taking medicines of depression since three years now she is taking medicines are tab maxpride 50 mg & tab nexito 10 mg both tables she takes at bed time. I am also depressed with her changed behavior. is it permanent changes in her behavior

drug induced loss of libido
treatment:
her problem is due to antidepressant drugs. visit her psychiatrist to change these drugs. go for safe drugs like bupropion sr. paroxetine.
after changing these drugs she will be fine.
