Dear user, Thank you for writing to Healthcaremagic. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns about decreased desire for sex with your partner. You can do masturbation and enjoy it. This suggests that there is no physical disorder or abnormality. What is there that related to mind. Desire can be decreased in your case due to any one or combination of the conditions mentioned as below: 1. Depression or performance anxiety (pressure to satisfy the partner or inability to satisfy hence guilt) 2. Disliking the partner (or partner's behavior) 3. Fatigue 4. Disturbed interpersonal relationship or any illness 5. Epilepsy or head injury I recommend you to see psychiatrist well versed in sex therapy. Visit doctor with accompany of your partner. You can overcome the problem with adequate therapy. Wish you good health.
