Suggest Treatment For Large Bruise On Thigh And Sore Right Side After An Injury

I went cliff jumping yesterday and had a rough landing on my side. I have a fat bruise on the side of my thigh and I m a little sore all over my right side, including my oblique and neck. I d normally pass on it and say I was stupid, but I m noticing that I m having a harder time breathing than usual, like I can t take a FULL breath. Is this something I should be worried about?

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

We have to examine the plane of the injury. Is it cutaneous or subcutaneous or muscular or bone involvement is there or not.

But use cold and warm compression, use NSAIDs for pain relief. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
